SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SELAH. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders require a estimated 2-week processing time before they are shipped. This applies to all items, including sale and promotional items. Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a second notification once your order has shipped. 

We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, new launches, or other special circumstances — we will do our best to communicate any delays.


SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Ground Advantage (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Priority Mail (U.S.): 3-5 business days

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time is your processing time plus your shipping time.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, SELAH. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us via our contact form or email theselahstore@gmail.com and we'd love to make it right and help find the problem.
